Zentangles
The Zentangle Method is a lovely art form for mindfulness and for those that don't feel they are creative.
We create intricate patterns through the build up of lines, curves and circles, step-by-step.
The purpose of this technique is to get benefit from the process not the end result. The repetitive process of drawing the "elements or "strokes", helps us calm our minds and focus on the one thing.
This is a recommended workshop for online conferences, as it can be done in 30 minutes.
Alternatively, you can explore the art form in a more detailed experience lasting two hours, with a break in the middle.

I signed up as I liked the sound of it. Until last night when I looked up Zentangle and saw pictures of designs online and just thought I'm so happy I've signed up to this as this is a bit of me.
Innever really felt that drawing was my forte. Now, having seen how easy Zentangle is, I enjoyed the whole process and really feel it is something I can have a go at.
