FAQs

  • Can you travel to us?

Absolutely. I am based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, so wherever your venue is, the charges will be 45p per mile to your venue and back. Travel time is also quoted. I bring all materials and you just need to supply the space/tables/chairs.

  • Do we need to supply anything for our in-person experience?

Yes, but just the basics. Tables and chairs are required. The best layout will be discussed with you according to the workshop(s) you choose.

  • How long are your workshops generally?

Most workshops are one hour but all workshops are flexible depending on how long you want the experience to last. You can always look at booking several too, if you want an afternoon or a day of creativity. I can also shorten some if you need 30 minutes for example.

  • Do you need set-up time?

Yes, depending on the workshop. One hour is great but for acrylic pouring for example, I like to have 1.5 hours so I can lay out each workstation. If your meeting is taking place in the same room, then you will need to allow me time to set up. For some workshops, set up can literally be five minutes i.e., handing out some origami paper, but generally, I need longer. If you have a separate room, then that is perfect.

  • For online workshops, can you cater for all International locations?

Yes. I have a Zoom account. I always recommend a test call with all countries involved, outside of the UK. We will also confirm time zones to make sure everyone joins at the right time.

  • Do you send packs of materials for online workshops?

Yes, I do. Some of my workshops don’t require packs though and colleagues can just source basic materials at home like magazine paper or pens. I will clarify these options on our briefing call.

  • What group size can you cater for?

It depends on the workshop. For online, unlimited numbers though.

  • How do you charge for your workshops?

In-person workshops are priced per person. Online workshops with packs sent out are also priced per person, but any online workshop where colleagues source their own materials has a tiered pricing structure. The price per person comes down as the number of attendees goes up.

  • How does your pricing work?

In-person workshops are priced per person.

Virtual workshops with no packs, can either be quoted in a tiered pricing structure or a set fee.

If packs are required for a online workshop, then that is charged per person.

  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

    Yes, I have £1m PLI.

  • Do you have a risk assessment/method statement?

Yes – these can be provided where necessary.
